Policies

Registration:

To register for a class, please contact the venue where the class will be held. Class sizes are limited, so please register as early as possible to reserve your spot. Your space will not be guaranteed until you have paid. All registration and payments MUST be completed no later than 48 hours prior to start time.

There is generally a minimum of three students required for a class to run. If the minimum is not met within 48 hours of start time, the class may be canceled or postponed, and refunds will be issued. This is why we request that you register as early as possible, in order to ensure that the class will happen. Postponement dates will be approved by any students registered for the class, or a refund will be given.

Make-Ups:

No make-up classes will be offered. If a class must be missed, the teacher will do her best to help the student catch up the following week. Projects may not always be completed by the final class session if classes are missed. If you wish, you may schedule a private lesson to compensate for missed classes.

Supplies:

Required supplies are listed in the class descriptions. Supplies are purchased separately and not included in the class price. All supplies must be obtained in advance and brought to the first class, unless otherwise noted. See our supply sources page for a list of local and online sellers we like.
