Knitting in the Round

Can you already knit & purl? When you get sick of scarves & are ready to bring your knitting into the third dimension circular knitting is a must. Knitting seamlessly in the round is used for hats, socks, mittens and many other garments that need little to no finishing. Students will complete a cap for a newborn (or an adult for the more ambitious) & learn all the skills needed to work in the round on any project. If you sign up for this class you should already be able to knit & purl unassisted.
– 16″ circular needles in a size that matches chosen yarn
– 6″ double point needles in the same size as circs
– tapestry needle
