Sweaters – Start to Finish

In this class we will work through the sweater pattern of your choosing from gauge swatching to finishing techniques.  This is the perfect class for chronic non-finishers.  We will discuss problems that arise, modifying flat patterns for knitting in the round, customizing patterns for perfect fit, picking up stitches, grafting shoulders and lots of other tips & tricks so no more sweaters end up in the dreaded UFO pile. Students should be able to knit & purl before taking this class & should come to the first class w/ the pattern they plan on using, yarn suitable for the pattern & needles in the size called for by the pattern as well as any nearby sizes you might have at home.
